Credit card transactions are ONLY accepted for the $500 deposit to hold the vehicle for 7 days while awaiting full payment. We cannot accept any credit card as payment or partial payment for a vehicle under any circumstance. This includes cashier's checks, certified checks, or bank checks of any kind. We do accept checks but note that any form of a check will have a minimum hold of two business days up to 4 business days until the funds have cleared. Our preferred and most secure form of payment is a bank wire transfer. No allowance will be made due to any omission, error, inaccurate representation, imperfection, damage or defect to any vehicle. Potential buyers are aware it is his/hers/their responsibility to either inspect personally or secure a third-party to inspect any vehicle the buyer intends to purchase or rely on the buyers own personal inspection, knowledge & judgement prior to the deal, purchase or close of any purchase.ĪutoBarn Classic Cars will make reasonable efforts to disclose any known defects associated with each vehicle prior to the close of the sale at the buyer’s request.ĪutoBarn Classic Cars is not liable and does not assume any responsibly to any damage or repair regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle. Our current owner has taken excellent care of this classic Chevy. The clean chassis mounts power steering and 4-wheel power drum brakes w/dual master cylinder. A 4-speed manual transmission delivers torque to a stock differential. It is fitted with an aluminum intake, mild street cam, Edelbrock carb and a free-flowing dual exhaust system. Power is said to be furnished by a totally rebuilt 327/300bhp motor that is nicely detailed and sits in a clean engine compartment. Comfort features include AM/FM stereo system, custom mats, factory wheel, tinted windows, gauge package and tachometer. Carpeting, headliner, door cards and dash are in excellent condition. The handsome restored Red vinyl interior is more inviting than the GM original. Chrome and stainless are excellent and polished 15” American Racing wheels mount Kumho performance radials. The exterior was reshot in two-stage White and is in very good condition. This 1965 Chevy El Camino received a full restoration (2004) with mechanical upgrades. The second generation was reintroduced in 1964 and was based on the Chevelle platform. The first generation was based on the full-size Chevrolet sedan chassis and was only built for two years. Chevrolet created their first 'hybrid' pickup in 1959 – the El Camino.
